How do you set your pricing?
That depends on the project. Generally, we estimate how many hours it will take us to finish a job, plus material, tax, and a markup on material and equipment, that covers our time in procuring it, as well as covering our warranty due to faulty items. (Valves, equipment, etc..)
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Apple Pay.
Can I purchase my own material and equipment and have you install it?
Certainly! However, we only warranty labor on customer-purchased equipment and material. We cannot honor a warranty due to manufacturer defect unless we purchase it.
What are your warranty terms?
1 year parts and labor on most installations.
Do you price match?
That depends. We will not price match against an unlicensed contractor/handyman. We will also STRONGLY advise AGAINST using said unlicensed contractor/handyman. We go through great lengths and expense to cover our customers in the unlikely event we make a mistake and cause damage to your property. An unlicensed contractor/handyman does not have these protections in place. We will do our best to price match other, licensed contractors, sometimes we may be lower, sometimes not. But you can be assured you're getting the best price.
Do you have a physical address?
Not at this time. We felt the overhead of paying for a separate office would take away our ability to give the best prices to our customers. We also feel that plumbers are best served out in the field where the problem lies, not in an office.
